Jared M. Schneider
Attorney-at-Law
Jared loves a good puzzle, and considers himself very blessed for the opportunity to solve Hoosiers’ legal entanglements. With a laser focus on results, not billable time, Jared aims to provide straightforward, value-added legal solutions.
Jared knows that every relationship is founded on trust, and that trust cannot develop without effective communication. Jared sees his client as a partner in the matter, and knows how important it is for his clients to have a complete understanding of the issues. Especially in litigation, clients deserve to know as much as they can about the risks and benefits of every practical option, why the chosen strategy is a good fit, why the other alternatives aren’t, and how the adversary could likely respond.
Before founding Schneider Law, P.C., Jared was a law clerk to the Honorable Charles R. Norgle of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. After his clerkship, Jared has spent his career solving his clients’ legal problems, with a particular devotion to helping victims of securities fraud and other types of financial-services misconduct.
Jared earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the John Marshall Law School and is a member of the National Order of Scribes. While in law school, Jared worked with FINRA’s Department of Enforcement in prosecuting members for violations of securities laws and regulations. He was also a member of the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition, and the Irving R. Kaufman Memorial Securities Law Moot Court Competition. Jared was also a staff editor for the John Marshall Law Review, an Associate Justice of the Moot Court Executive Board, and served as a teaching assistant in the School’s appellate-advocacy program.
Jared received his B.S. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Jared is admitted to practice in Indiana and Illinois, and the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and the Northern District of Indiana.
He looks forward to serving you.
